– P.S. Unfortunately, when catching someone who was losing their balance, I ended up rupturing my long bicep tendon. After consulting an orthopedic surgeon, he recommended 3 weeks off work and then to start rehab therapy. I resumed my laser treatments and I have yet to miss a day.
